Dave Eyermann
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Dave is a seasoned rail industry executive with over 35 years of progressive, leadership experience. Most recently, he served as a strategic advisor focusing on mergers and acquisitions, market diligence, and operational and safety performance improvement for railroads, service providers and investment firms. Previously, he held senior executive roles at Patriot Rail, including Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Services, as well as senior executive roles at Watco Companies. Earlier in his career he spent 13 years with RailAmerica /RailTex, where he advanced through a broad range of operational and senior management positions.
Dave founded and served as President of the Texas Short Line & Regional Railroad Association, is a former member of the ASLRRA Board of Directors, and has contributed to the AAR Industry Working Group. He was a Governor-appointed member of the Colorado Freight Mobility Working Group. In addition, he has served as Chairman of the Board at Industrial Rail Services, L.P., and currently serves as a Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee at Consolidated Chassis Management LLC, along with participating in various professional organizations.
Dave and his wife Gina enjoy traveling, boating, snow skinning, and spending time with their children and grandchildren.

Andy Klinck
SENIOR VP OF OPERATIONS
Andy was most recently employed at U.S. Silica for over 10 years. During his time there , he achieved multiple, consecutive promotions to lead supply chain functions, which includes logistics, procurement, rail, truck, and barge transportation, 3rd-party warehousing, and project management. Tackling complex business issues to convert supply chain networks of 19 origins, 50 destinations, and 300+ unique O-D pairing lanes from cost centers to profit centers. He also maintained accountability for $400M+ annual spend and 100+ person cross-functional team.
Prior to Andy’s time at US Silica, he managed the Due Diligence process for a boutique Private Equity firm out of Lexington, KY. Andy also supported multiple automotive Tier 1 suppliers while with the PE firm and worked with Tesla to support their launch of the Model S in 2014. Andy also held multiple roles at Delphi Automotive from 2003 to 2010.
Outside of work, Andy enjoys golfing, Formula 1 racing, spending time with his wife and their Golden Retriever, Max. Originally from Flint, MI, Andy and his wife have been married for over 20 years and currently reside in The Woodlands, TX.

Chase Arthur
VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES
Chase began his career within the rail industry in 2006 with two internships at BNSF while attending Abilene Christian University.
Chase began working at BNSF full-time after graduation in 2008, where he served in a multitude of commercial roles in the industrial products and intermodal sales and marketing teams.
He has had extensive sales and marketing experience in petroleum and chemical products, construction materials, and consumer products intermodal.
Over his 14-year tenure at BNSF, Chase called on several multi-million dollar national accounts, and negotiated multiple long-term agreements totaling over half a billion dollars in revenue to BNSF.
When Chase isn’t finding ways to grow business, he supports his wife Lacie in the corralling of their two young boys Cade and Cole.
